Hi, I’m Carol, and I’m passionate about helping people thrive by nurturing emotional wellbeing, fostering self-awareness, and building resilience. My journey into hypnotherapy and counselling stems from my background as a nurse, where I witnessed the profound impact of stress and mindset on physical health.
I now bring that experience into my practice as a hypnotherapist and counsellor, offering a compassionate and evidence-based approach to personal development and healing.
